Deliver your own monthly state-specific e-newsletter to producers in your state

Click here to opt in to the program; there is no cost to your State Beef Council. We will create a state-specific masthead for MyBeefCheckoff Newsletters and create a virtual space for your state news. Opting in also adds any new producer coming from your site to your mailing list. If you already have a mailing list, you may provide these e-mail addresses to us in Excel or Word formats and we will build your starting list.

You will be notified when your account has been created. Then complete the last two steps.

where ‘st’ (without apostrophes) is the two-letter postal code for your state.

For example: http://www.beefboard.org/newsletter-ms is the correct hyperlink for Mississippi.

Every time a producer signs up for a MyBeefCheckoff e-newsletter from your site, they will be added to your mailing list and will receive their choice of a beef or dairy newsletter each month with your state-specific masthead.
You have the option every month to add state news items, which are posted first in the newsletter. This information must be delivered to CBB by the fifth of each month (or the Friday before if the fifth falls on a weekend). You can provide as much or as little information as you wish. If no state news is provided, your producers still will receive a newsletter with your masthead.
We will provide you with delivery numbers, open and click-through rates every quarter.
